Counter-Notice

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity, we may restore the material in question within 10-14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice.
Termination Policy
We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
